The deeper we trust [in the grace that supports our life], the more easily we can open to the new—whether that means spiritually opening to a new dimension we do not yet understand or allowing change in our life situation. Trust is the antidote to fear that gives us the confidence that it is okay to open up and let go [allow]. Trust gives us strength and courage to walk the path deeply, challenging our automatic responses even when we feel vulnerable and don’t know the way. Trust is the muscle we need to continue relaxing control and allowing a deeper intelligence to guide our path in life.
