SPRITUAL DAY in Leominster
This day follows on from the very successful day we held at Almely Quaker House earlier in the year.
Venerable Choesang, Karim, Susanne and Brian invite you to a special spiritual day to be held at Leominster Methodist Hall and Church. Our kind hosts, the Ministers, Jon and Francis, have created a warm and friendly ambience and invite all of our spiritual friends and those of all faiths through Herefordshire Interfaith Group.
This venue also offers us easy road access at this time of the year.
A chance to share a day full of spiritual thoughts and energy.
Come and enjoy a day of nurturing support from our group. Starting with a calming mediation lead by Venerable Choesang and Minister Frances you will be made welcome for a whole day of spiritual nourishment to help you prepare for the winter and family time ahead. Karim Hadden and Susanne Wombacher will lead the spiritual chanting and dancing and Venerable Choesang and Brian Holley will host the philosophical workshops.
Vegetarian Mindfulness Lunch
Please bring some heart-warming vegetarian food to share with hot jacket potatoes. Potatoes, fruit, cake and biscuits will be provided in the price.
How to get there
Green Lane Methodist Church,
Green Lane, Leominster,
Herefordshire, HR6 8QJ
There is no parking at the church apart from off loading and wheelchair access; therefore we suggest that you look on the web for parking in Leominster. The church is just a couple of hundred yards on the left as you enter Green Lane. If you are unfamiliar with the area we suggest that you pin point the church and work out from there for street parking, or use the long term car park by the Fire Station, which is about a 10mins walk from the Church.

A bit more about the facilitators:
Venerable Choesang has been a Buddhist since the early sixties and was ordained by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She has spent many years both in retreats and studying Buddhism.
Karim and Susanne run workshops in the Dances of Universal Peace (a form of spiritual circle dance using sacred phrases from the world’s religious traditions) and devotional singing in Herefordshire, Birmingham and elsewhere. Susanne is a practising Catholic and Karim follows the path of Universal Sufism.
Brian Holley is a Quaker and retired trainer who helps deliver one-day workshops with the Kindlers team and is devoted to learning, teaching and writing about spiritual subjects.
Cost: A donation of £12 (£5 if unwaged) is suggested.
We would like everyone who wishes to be able to attend this special day.
